Calling all..

Calling all Liceans batch '96, we will have our batch reunion on Dec. 30 at 7pm at D' Orioles Indoor Pool in 4th Street, Pacita. The contribution will be P200-250. The more will come, the less amount of contribution. Please convince your friends to come. It's been a decade for us batch '96.

The images for the slideshow are scanned pics from our yearbook. =>

Finished "project" and batch reunion

Today, I just finished my new "project" for Roel's family. I made a very simple blogsite for the Serrano clan. I hope they will appreciate it. I'll just email them the usernames and passwords I used.

These what keeps me busy and also taking care and playing with my daughter.

2 more days (Dec. 30), it will be our batch reunion at D' Orioles Indoor Pool at 4th Street, Pacita Complex. We suggested games for the reunion and reported who confirmed for the occasion. As for Tinay, 42 palang ang nagcoconfirm, but our target is 80 persons. Naghihintayan pa kasi sa mga friends kung a-attend ba. The more people who'll attend the less the amount of contribution. => I want to borrow digicam sana pero nahihiya ako.

I hope our reunion will be great.

Fascination for Tom Welling

My husband, Roel, bought DVDs of Smallville (Seasons 1-5), as I get to watch it.. I find Clark Kent (Tom Welling) kinda cute. My husband and I had DVD marathons whenever he's having his rest day. I think the story of Captain Barbell was paterned on Smallville.

Look at this yummy pictures:

Here's a mini bio I researched:

Real Name: Thomas John Patrick Welling
Birthday: April 26, 1977
Birthplace: New York, NY, USA
Sign: Taurus

Sorry ladies, but Tom is off the market! He married Jamie White in July 2002, after they'd been dating for three years. Named one of People Magazine's 'Breakthrough Stars of 2001'. Is the second cousin of Reed Nilssen, Swedish snowboarder who received a bronze medal in the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games. In 2001 he was cast as the teenaged Clark Kent on the WB series Smallville. As the awkward young superhero with many opportunities to bear his chiseled chest, Welling won a Teen Choice award and was consequently branded a breakthrough star.

Tom Welling acted in a few school theater productions, but didn't pursue an acting career right after high school. When he graduated, he took a job as a construction worker - while doing some modelling on the side. Tom scored contracts with companies like Abercrombie and Fitch before moving out to Los Angeles to pursue acting. Shortly after the big move, Tom landed a part on Judging Amy for six episodes as Karate Rob.

Tom Welling gained mainstream recognition when he landed the lead role of Clark Kent on the WB show, Smallville. Tom beat out thousands of hopefuls in a nationwide search for a fresh face to play the young Superman. When he's not saving the world, Tom Welling has branched out into movies, starring in the flick Cheaper By The Dozen with Ashton Kutcher and Hilary Duff. Keep your eyes peeled cuz he'll be hitting the big screen once again in the thriller, The Fog!

Types of Kisses

If you find some that catch your fancy, feel free to try them :-)

Butterfly Kiss - With your faces less than a breath away, open and close your eyelids against your partners. If done correctly, the fluttering sensation will match the one in your heart.

Cheek Kiss - A friendly, "I really like you" kiss. Often the preferred kissing method of a first date. With your hands on your partner's shoulders, gently brush your lips across her cheek.

Earlobe Kiss - Gently sip and suck the earlobe. Avoid louder sucking noises as ears are sensitized noise detectors.

Eskimo Kiss - With your faces less than a breath apart, gently rub your noses together.

Eye Kiss - Hold your partner's head with both hands and slowly move their head in the direction you wish your kiss to go... then slowly kiss up towards your partner's eyes and give them a tender kiss on top of their closed eyes.

Eyelid Kiss - While your partner is resting/sleeping with eyes closed, very very gently kiss the spot right below their browbone. A very intimate kiss.

Finger Kiss - While laying together gently suck on their fingers. This can be very seductive and pleasurable.

Foot Kiss - An erotic and romantic gesture. It may tickle, but relax and enjoy it! To give a toe kiss by gently suck the toes and then lightly kissing the foot. It helps to gently massage the base of the foot while performing the kiss.

Forehead Kiss - The "motherly" kiss or "just friends" kiss. The forehead kiss can be a comforting kiss to anyone. Simply brush your lips lightly across the crown of their head.

Freeze Kiss (or Melt Kiss) - Experiment with this fun kiss. Put a small piece of ice in your mouth, then open mouth and kiss your partner, passing them the ice with your tongue. It's an erotic and sensual french kiss with a twist of cold.

French Kiss - The kiss involving the tongue. Some call this the "Soul Kiss" because the life and soul are thought to pass through the mouth's breath in the exchange across tongues. Surprisingly, the French call this "The English Kiss".

Fruity Kiss - Take a small piece of fruit and place between your lips (juicy fruits such as grapes, strawberries, small pieces of pineapple or mango are ideal). Kiss your partner and nibble one half of the piece of fruit while they nibble the other until it breaks in half, allowing the juice to run into your mouths.

Hand Kiss - Gently raise her hand to your lips. Lightly brush your lips across the top of her hand. Historically this kiss was performed with a bow, which showed deference to a lady.

Hickey Kiss - The object is not to draw blood, but to gently leave a mark that will prove your interlude was not a dream. This is often included in erotic foreplay.

Hostage Kiss - Cover your lips with tape and get your love's attention. When they come near, make noises like you're trying to tell them something and motion as if you can't get the tape off. Once they remove the tape from you to hear what you're trying to say tell them: "I've been saving my lips all day just for you!" Then kiss your love passionately!

Hot and Cold Kiss - Lick your partner's lips so that they're warm, and then gently blow on them. The sudden cold blast makes for a sensual explosion, and they will often try it on you next, as well as get very passionate.

Mistletoe Kiss - Surprise your lover by capturing them with a gentle holiday kiss under the mistletoe. This is also a good method for shyer individuals to steal a kiss from a potential lover.

Letter Kiss - Send your lover a kiss in a love letter by writing the letter x several times in a row at the bottom of a letter such as XXXXX.

Lick Kiss - Just before kissing, gently run your tongue along you partners lip whether it be the top or bottom one depending on the position of your lips. Very sensual.

Lip Sucking Kiss - When kissing gently suck on their lower lip. This can be very exciting.

Neck Nibble Kiss - Gently nibble up and down your partners neck. End with a gentle kiss on the lips.

Nip Kiss - This kiss can create a very erotic sensation. While kissing your partner, ever so gently nibble on their lips. You must be very careful not to bite to hard or hurt your partner.
When done correctly, this kiss ignites wonderful sensations.

Reverse Lips Kiss - It involves standing above your lover and kissing them from over their head. This way, each kisser can take the hyper- sensitive bottom lip of thier lover in their mouths, and GENTLY draw blood to the surface of the lip by nibbling and sucking. A very sensuous, connecting kiss.

Searching The Cavern - Use the lips and tongue to gently tickle and kiss your lover's navel. Vary speeds and stroke to change sensation. Invigorating and intoxicating.

Shoulder Kiss - Simply come from behind, embrace her, and kiss the top of her shoulder. This is a sensual, loving kiss.

Sip Kiss - Take a small sip of your favorite drink. Leaving a little bit of it on your lips, kiss your partner. It is a unique way to create a sensual feeling and your partner will enjoy it.

Talking Kiss - Whisper sweet nothings into your partner's mouth. If caught in the act, simply say as Chico Marx, "I wasn't kissing her. I was whispering into her mouth."

Teaser Kiss - Starting on the forehead, a sweet short kiss on lips, then move up the arms up to her hand, kiss her hand, then come back up her arm, to her face and then lightly kiss her lips till she wants a passionate kiss.

The Buzzing Kiss - Gently place your lips against your lover's neck , behind their ear. Now, send a shudder through their skin by gently growling and humming, vibrating your lips and cheeks as you do so. Move up and down the neck, over the bones of the face and lips. Stimulating and erotic when done correctly.

The Whipped Cream Kiss - Dip your finger into some cool whip or whipped cream of your choice. Lick it off slowly, then embrace your partner and kiss them deeply letting their tongue slip over yours for a wonderfully sweet kiss. It's very seductive and passionate.

Tiger Kiss - Quietly sneak up behind your partner making sure they do not know what you are going to do. Out of the blue, grab them and gently bite their neck. Make sure to get a few good growls in too. This will surely surprise them.

Trickle Kiss - Take a sip of a favourite drink and trickle it slowly into partner's mouth while kissing.

Tongue Sucking - A variation of the French kiss. During an open-mouth kiss gently suck on your partner's tongue (not too hard because it may hurt). Very sexy :-)

Quickie Kiss - When you're in a rush. Often the nose gets it rather than the lips.

Vacuum Kiss - While kissing open-mouthed, slightly suck in as if you were sucking the air from your partners mouth. This is a playful kiss.

Wake Up Kiss - Before your partner awakes lean over and kiss their cheek and move over giving soft kisses until you reach their lips. Definitely a more than pleasant way to wake up!

Virtual Kiss - For Internet lovers. Send an e-card or a kiss via email with this symbol. :-*

Greetings..

New "Project"

Last Saturday, nagpa-burn si ate Ivy ng images sa CD.. and Roel suggested to make a slide and blog for the images. So, yesterday I started converting the images into smaller bytes.. para hindi ako matagalan sa pag-upload ng images kasi dial-up lang ako.

Update ko na lang kayo kung tapos na ako and maybe I'll post some here syempre..

Reunions...

Last Saturday, Dec.23, we attended Serrano's reunion at San Juan, Manila. This year parang kokonti ang pumunta pero dumadami ang mga bata at baby. Ang daming food, nakakalula! We left here 2pm, nagdatingan ang mga relatives nila around 6pm. We have to be always there first, magsesetup na ang videoke ni kuya Ed, which he does yearly. Magluluto pa sila ate Lali at ate Baby.

After eating dinner, nagbigayan na ng gifts for kids and godchildren. At ang mga magpipinsan eh may session... drinking and videoke session. Nag uwian na ang mga tao around, 9pm... syempre first in kami kaya last out kami, as always. We left San Juan past 10. Pauwi, convoy kami.. Roel driving the Largo while kuya Ed is driving the Pregio. Yung Largo kasi nasiraan nung niluwas nila ate, et.al. last Friday. Pero nangbumiyahe na kami.. nawawala-wala yung headlight ng Largo kaya.. kuya Ed and ate Ivy switched places.. ate drove the Pregio while kuya sa Largo. By the way, sa Pregio kami ni France isinakay kasi walang aircon yung Largo. We used the service road kasi walang headlight yung Largo at in case masiraan ng tuluyan.

Yesterday, Cabasug (or de Guzman)reunion naman. This year, super kokonti rin kami. We didn't have games kasi kukulangin sa participants and ate Beng and kids need to leave early kasi may church activity pa sila. After having lunch at 1pm, exchange gifts na agad. We're lucky at nakapagbalot naman kami ni Roel for them kahit paano. Before we left, we had merienda muna then 4pm umuwi na kami ni France. Inaantok na rin kasi ang ineng ko.

This 1am (Dec.25 na!)naman, tropa naman ang nag-"reunion". As usual the inuman and videoke session. I scheduled Rod to have a chat with the barkada. He even viewed us with our webcam.. kaso sya di namin kita pa'no low tech, walang webcam. hehehe. The session packed up at 5am, ubos na rin kasi beer. Bihira kami ma-complete, this time si Sonny and Irene ang wala. Si Sonny umuwi ng Bicol to be with his daughters, while Irene will leave early that day. We had a great time!

Lord, Thank you for all the blessings we received this year.

Feliz Navidad!

Hectic sched..

Last Tuesday and Wednesday, I did a little "project" for Roel's groupmates at the office. I copied them the CD of their pictures and I made a slideshow and blogsite for them. Thanks for the gifts (for me and my daughter) from Donette and Joyce, Roel's groupmates.

Yesterday, we did our last minute "shopping" of gifts for our godchildren and relatives.

Today, we're going to attend the Serrano's reunion at San Juan, Manila.

Tomorrow, we'll be having the Cabasug's (or de Guzman's) reunion at tita Au's place.

The details of the reunion will soon be posted...

Roel: 2 days leave, 2 rest days

Dec. 14, we went to Frances's pedia.. findings, she has gastroenteritis. We want to change her water from distilled to purified but her tummy rumbles. Distilled water doesn't have minerals that's why I want to change her water na.. and purified water are cheaper. I'll try to give her lactobacillus drinks para tumibay ang tyan sa foods and drinks.

Last Friday (Dec. 15), Roel drove nanay Ana to Cainta and we went with him. We left here 10AM and we reached Cainta 1PM, traffic. We ate lunch at Jollibee near ate Bernz's place. It's like a reunion of everyone from Cainta. Kathleen, nanay Ana's granddaughter (apo sa tuhod), just gave birth. We left Cainta at 3PM, we reached home by 5PM.

Then Roel's Dad called us at 6PM telling that he needs Roel to drive them to the grocery at Festival. Roel's mom arrived at the SaveMore almost 9PM and we've been waiting there since 7:30PM. We also did our grocery there for Roel's birthday.

Grabe, pagod si Roel driving and taking care of Frances kahit salitan kami sa paghabol sa anak namin. Ako rin pagod sa paghabol at pag-alaga.

Yesterday, Roel had his birthday inuman with our barkada. Yun pa hindi mawawala. Puyatan ever, pero hindi masyadong nag inom ang lahat kasi hindi kompleto ang tropa at ang iba ay may mga lakad pa the following day.

Today, Roel went to their company Christmas party, he's with his cousing Joel who's also working at Etelecare. We also went to Soldiers' Hills, Muntinlupa to get something from Mama, pinadala from a fellow teacher.

Those 4 days "vacation" sana for Roel... eh puro lakad at pagod lang ang nakuha. Hindi naman sana kami lalabas last Dec. 15, but his Mom called and ask for a favor as well as his Dad... bawal na kasi syang magdrive.. just recovered from stroke.

Thoughts..

Last night, I finished doin' our barkada blog.. trip kong gumawa. Ganun ata talaga kapag walang magawa ang isang housewife. Extension to boredom din siguro at para ma-update din ako.

The next thing I did is to album some of the Frances's photos and captioned it. Mahirap kasi kung matambakan, kasi hindi ko na maaalala ang mga nakunan. Seeing my daughter's pictures, I can say is - time flies so fast.

I thank God for the gift of life he gave me. I love my daughter so much. Ang sarap ng feeling na maging ina. It's true na once maging mommy ka na, lalo mong maa-appreciate ang yong mama. That's what I felt nung ipanganak at inaalagaan ko si Frances. I just pray na sana ang maging relationship namin when she grow up is best friends para she can tell me anything especially her lovelife. I want to be a cool mom.. not soo strict but not soo lenient.

at long last...

At long last, tonight (7:20 PM)our "unwelcomed visitor" will leave for Davao. After how many months of hardships and pakikisama, umuwi na rin. I'm not happy coz she's leavin' my brother but the essence of living together not married. Huwag naman nya sanang pachipin ang sarili nya. And if they like to live together they should work, hindi yung umaasa sa iba.

May she find the happiness she deserves.

DCPI memoirs

These are the pictures randomly taken while I'm workin' at Datascope Communications Phils., Inc. Ang kukulit, di ba? Parang mga abnoy! hehehe. Yung picture namin ni Frank na pare-pareho ang pose, eh for DCPI marketing daw. Meron ding pictures dyan nung buntis na ako.

I had a wonderful time at DCPI. The bosses are not harsh. The workload is light, for Carina and I, because we're Traqqer Staff. Our work deals with editing of data on their online monitoring site. The downside of working at DCPI is the less opportunity for promotion and lack of training for all staff, piling-pili ang pinapa-attend ng training. In terms of dealing with co-workers, worth rememberin'.

Thank you Datascope for the memories and friends!

DCPI: Breakfast at Manny's place

Overnight ako nun for our monthly inventory. Nagtrip na kumain ng breakfast kina Manny sa Libertad lang. I'm with ate Vange, Anna and Edwin. While ate Vange is cooking, Manny is taking some candid shots with his digicam. Here's the candid shots:

Even before we go home, he's still taking pictures. Thank you for the breakfast, Manny!

Enchanted Kingdom

Yesterday, Dec. 8, we went to Enchanted Kindom with Roel's teammates. It was my daughter's first "Carnival" experience kahit di pa nya masyadong appreciated. We paid an entrance fee for Carousel Special because I know I won't be able to ride all. I just had a henna tattoo, which I've been wanting and rode the carousel the last minute.

Roel rode the RioGrande and they played Paintball. Nakakapagod mamasyal with Frances, sakit sa paa because once you put her in her stroller, gusto nya she's always on the move. I think my daughter enjoyed whatever she'd seen there. Syempre, I took pictures of her and some of the "scences."

Pictures? Here some.. more soon.

at the entrance..

Christmas "Shopping"

Yesterday, we went to SM Sta. Rosa for our Christmas "shopping." Ang daming tao, pero hindi pa yun yung dami ng tao kapag nagla-last minute shopping.

We didn't bought dress or shoes for our daughter.. kasi ang dami pa nyang hand-me-down clothes from my cousin. We just bought a kiddie rider for her. Toys? Kahit hindi naman pasko, we buy toys for her.

My hubby bought clothes pangwork nya.

He bought me an acoustic guitar and 2 sandals. Hindi naman ako, pala labas kaya hindi muna ako nagpabili ng blouse. I prefer to buy such kung may ocassion. This Christmas, I can buy blouse naman kahit last minute na.

We bought a 4-feet Christmas tree for our daughter to enjoy the season. You know what's expensive in dressing up a Christmas tree is the decorations - the balls, the flowers - we just had a simple decoration for our tree.
