PROS:
- you have time for your kid
- you can still manage the house
- at the comfort of your home
- if your work doesn't have quota or deadline, you can work anytime, even during weekend (i think this should be on CON =.=)
CONS:
- if you're not good at time management, you won't be able to finish anything
- can't focus on your work, a lot of distractions
- you still have to do house chores
- if it has deadline, you have to work on hours to be able to meet it
- you can still work after 5pm
i think, i still prefer to work in an office than at home =.=
*this pros & cons differ on the line of work you have ;)
