my hubby and i are planning to buy (c/o housing loan, of course) a simple house within san pedro. my brother has been a pain in our asses!! a simple 2-bedroom bungalow will do. the picture on the left, is not the actual house i like.. but it's my ideal structure.

i pray we can buy one.. soon.

nabakuran

a day before hearts' day, we went to trese martires, cavite to settle our real property tax. mukhang nabakuran yung aming lupa, actually last year pa nakita ni papa yun. naku, kung ganung baka magpasukat kami to check at sana mapabakuran na ni papa yun. magastos pa naman kung magkakaproblem sa lupa... i pray hindi naman ganun pa kalala. bihira kasi namin ito puntahan. last time na pinuntahan talaga yung lupa eh nung 2002, sa munispyo lang kami lagi para magbayad ng amilyar.

part 2 - in tatters

last week our carpenter (suki kahit tinataga ata kami sa presyo) continued the unfinished project dito sa bahay, like:

putting tiles on the veranda
changing tiles of our kitchen
painting the veranda and inside the house
- pati bakod sana pero depende daw sa budget (20 yrs. na yung kulay, kaya kailangan na)
changing kitchen cabinets, sink
adding grills sa gate and bakod
nagpagawa ng gate for the veranda
doing the moldura, as per my papa (design daw yun)

oh di ba ang dami pa... hopefully after this eh... pahinga na talaga kami at magagamit na talaga ang veranda... where i'm planning na maging "extension" of the play area of my daughter. hehehe
